01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aabc8 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"), a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator serving players in the Philippines. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with aabc8, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, bonus entitlements, and dispute resolution.

By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by simply accessing any portion of the aabc8 platform — whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing aabc8 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply to both you and that person jointly.

02. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, participation in online gambling on aabc8 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. aabc8 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The aabc8 platform is licensed to operate within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay and that no applicable local law prohibits you from accessing online gaming services. aabc8 reserves the right to verify your location and to suspend access if location restrictions are violated.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on aabc8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. aabc8 uses automated detection systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid government-issued ID for KYC purposes. aabc8 accepts Philippine government IDs such as PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, and SSS ID. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

03. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aabc8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. All activity conducted under your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified aabc8 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must contact aabc8 support immediately at [email protected]. aabc8 will investigate the incident and may temporarily freeze the account pending resolution. aabc8 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to maintain adequate password security or delayed reporting.

3.3 Account Maintenance

aabc8 reserves the right to classify accounts as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month. You will be notified via the email address on file before any fee is applied. Remaining balances will be preserved in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aabc8 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. aabc8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — your payment method must match the name on your registered aabc8 account. Payments from anonymous, prepaid, or unverified sources may be declined.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method. aabc8 reserves the right to modify these limits with notice. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tool cannot override those limits until the cooling-off period has elapsed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals generally clear within 15 minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. aabc8 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. aabc8 may request additional supporting documents — including a selfie with your government ID or proof of address — for withdrawals above ₱50,000, or at any time where enhanced due diligence is warranted under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on aabc8 are subject to individual offer terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer. General eligibility requires a fully verified aabc8 account in good standing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless a combined deposit-plus-bonus wagering requirement is explicitly stated in the offer. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering progress.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

aabc8 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts to share bonus funds, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus credits. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances cancelled, and any winnings generated from the abusive strategy will be forfeited. Repeat violations may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 aabc8's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

aabc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

06. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on aabc8 that rely on random outcomes — including slot machines, virtual table games, and bingo number draws — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested by independent technical auditors to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and that Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card shuffles, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by human dealers on camera. aabc8 does not control the outcome of live dealer games and is not responsible for network interruptions during live sessions, though affected bets will be settled according to the applicable game's disconnection policy.

6.3 Malfunctions

Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error — including an incorrect payout calculation — are not valid and will not be honored. aabc8 will make reasonable efforts to restore affected players to their pre-error balance.

07. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aabc8 platform:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one account on aabc8.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform staff.
• Using aabc8 to launder money or to conduct any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports fraud in connection with sports betting markets.
• Charging back deposits via your bank or e-wallet after using those funds for play.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in live chat or any communication channel.

08. Responsible Gaming

aabc8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this obligation seriously as both a PAGCOR compliance requirement and an organizational value. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to play within their financial means.

aabc8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent ban on your own account. Exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent are available. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the aabc8 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of aabc8 or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aabc8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from any aabc8 content without prior written authorization from aabc8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aabc8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

aabc8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your aabc8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aabc8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service. aabc8 will use reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance windows.

11. Privacy & Data

aabc8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

aabc8 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML reporting, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). Data is retained in accordance with Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

12. Amendments

aabc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — aabc8 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email address or prominent in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as editorial corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory updates, may take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of aabc8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between you and aabc8 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall first be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with aabc8's regulatory obligations. You agree to exhaust this process before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
